As a NCAA Division 1 college athlete and team captain, I was deeply motivated by the desire to drive healthy teamwork and optimal results. During my college experience, I became fascinated with Maslow’s original hierarchy of needs. I was obsessed with understanding human potential and the intersection of peak fulfillment and achievement through the lens of Maslow’s work.
Over the last twenty-five years, I have researched hundreds of topics in psychology, management science, and leadership wisdom. The first testing ground was applying these learnings to my own career journey; I then shared those findings with the various teams I’ve led. Having experience in both the telecommunications and medical technology industries, I have spent my career at the forefront of the emerging tech landscape.
Today, I’m a senior sales and marketing leader at Boston Scientific, a medical technology company that I’ve worked at for nearly twenty years in seven different roles. My experience includes leading $100 million+ global product launches, driving organizational change, and being a highly sought-after mentor for career development. I have a thoughtful yet pragmatic style—I’m keen for new ideas but always driven by results.
I have a B.S. in Marketing from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Rutgers University. I live in Charlotte, North Carolina, with my wife and three children. In my free time, I enjoy leading youth sports teams and helping the next generation become their best in body, mind, and spirit.
